Our treatment recommendations are always based on your dental health needs, not on what your insurance may cover. While dental insurance is a helpful benefit to assist with costs, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for all charges related to your care, regardless of your insurance coverage. Our relationship is with you, not your insurance carrier.
Insurance and Payment Information
We strive to provide you with an estimated co-payment amount before your appointment, based on the information we receive from your insurance provider. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of payment or approval from your insurance company. Your estimated co-payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we will complete and submit insurance forms on your behalf, regardless of our network status. After your insurance processes the claim, you will receive a statement for any remaining balance. We accept most insurance plans, though we do not currently file with Medicaid.
